Scaling for eCommerce

A Sandhill leader managed the ramping up of a popular DTC (direct-to-consumer) company having difficulty meeting its desired processing turnaround time, picking accuracy, and least cost freight consolidation while maintaining its promised service standards.


The result was a digital transformation project linking to the company’s existing ERP platform to process 18,000 multi-line orders per day within a next day service delivery standard. Perfect order fulfillment went from 86% to 95% and freight rates were competitively bid reducing costs appreciably.
